We love to travel, but have discovered that travelling with children has "complicated" things. Here we share ideas for travelling as a family to fun places in the US and we pretend to "travel" to places around the world in order to continue experiencing new cultures. Syrian Dinner
We had a delicious dinner at Layalina, owned by a couple from Syria and Lebanon. (You really need to click on the restaurant link just to hear the fun music.) We had hommos, grape leaves, kibbeh, and shawarma. Our favorite was their kibbeh. The decor is also fun, with rugs on the floor and walls.
